The purchase process is very easy and simple to carry out and consists mainly of the following steps:

* Choose the design of your choice and click on “View Product” or click on the image of the design to see the product information, in some floral designs you can select the variations of the design (number of roses and color of roses) and you click on ‘Add to Cart’

* Later you will see the summary of your shopping cart, you can add in this step of the purchase additional products such as chocolates, stuffed animals, balloons and wines if you wish.

* In the next step of the purchase you will see the form in which you fill in the buyer’s data and the delivery data of your order.

* Finally you select the payment method of your preference:

Drafts or Transfers in Efecty o Súper Giros – Bancolombia, DaviPlata, Nequi o BBVA

– The second ePayco option to pay with debit cards (PSE) or credit from Colombia.

– The third option Paypal for payments with foreign cards.

* You accept terms and make the payment.

If there is a cost to send the floral design, the store automatically pays the cost of the address in the purchase process.

We deliver the same day you request your order as long as it is requested before 4:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Local Time), deliveries are made “during the day” selected, we do not handle specific hours or ranges of delivery, on Sundays and holidays we have no service. In high seasons such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day or Love and Friendship Day, we recommend you make the purchase 3 days in advance so that it will not present setbacks.

You can choose the currency at the top right of the screen, which allows you to pay with Colombian Pesos (COP) or US Dollars (USD).

You can make the payment of your order from anywhere in the world, using all credit and debit cards through ePayco and Paypal. does not charge any additional fees using this payment system. In the same way, if you do not have electronic means of payment, you can also make a transfer through the Wester Union entity. If you are located in Colombia you can also make the payment through a transfer or consignment in Bancolombia, Daviplata, Nequi or BBVA or make a money order through the Efecty entity o Super Giros. You can also contact us by phone or send us an email, which we will respond to as soon as possible.

Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail with the details of the purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. We recommend that you have the order number on hand for any type of concern that may arise in relation to your order. tries to make the delivery on the date selected in the purchase process. Once the dispatch has been made, we will inform you via e-mail that your order has been delivered. If you are aware that your order has not reached the recipient, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible by indicating your name and order number or by calling the telephone numbers that appear in our contact information.
